At Balli Shoes, we want you to step out in confidence; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return your unworn footwear within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag or outer carton to prevent damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
